You can find the letter from Iran president Ahmadi-Najad to USA president George W. Bush in an appendix. I have not yet found time to translatte it into French.
 Meanwhile, the French visitors to this blog cannot find a material better than the following comment by brother Bernard L. from Brittany in explanation of the letter:"[...] Just as that man (the Iranian president) says to another man (the American president) : "In the charter of media, the correct circulation of news as well as the fair report of events are necessary principles. If we let the truth be lost, how can this be reconciled with the [moral and spiritual] values once preached by Jesus Christ? "Thank you, brother michel, for rehabilitating every man in his or her prophetic nature. As it suspects Iran of making a nuclear bomb, which may be just a pretext like the "weapons of mass destruction" that legitimized the attack against Iraq, the USA has demonized Ahmadi-Najad for a while. On the other hand, it seems altogether implausible that a pious Muslim uses the Quran as an excuse to have a go at a diplomatic arrangement. Ahmadi-Najad's letter does not sort out the problem between Iran and the USA, but it opens that man's heart in front of our eyes. Perhaps George W. Bush is going to open his own heart by his reply. What is at stake is of paramount importance. A world war may be at stake. It's by no means to no purpose that The Revelation of Ares recommends, You (Christian man) shall ally yourself fraternally with the synagogues' assemblies (Jews) and with the assemblies of those who submit to God (Muslims) (35/11). The Father was aware, in 1974 when he gave the world this Word, that the situation would appear to be dangerously tense between Christians and Muslims some thirty years later.  |

To my knowledge the text of the Iranian President Ahmadi Najad, has not been published in the mainstream press... at least not here in New Zealand. He offers Bush of the USA an enormous opportunity; the ability to resolve the current friction between the US and Iran, based on the tenets of the respective faiths or religions followed by the two leaders, Christianity and Islam.
Ahmadi Najad also makes pertinent points in his analysis of the Israeli/Palestinian divide and the more recent Iraqi "adventure", which only yesterday I heard the figure $400 billion being the cost thus far, to the USA treasury.  Ahmadi Najad's appeal to the Christianity of Bush, may well fall on "Ahrimanic" Deaf ears, but we must live in hope.
None of our well-being is served by another "adventure" in Iran. After all which countries have ensured the rapid depletion of cheap oil by avaristic consumption of a finite resource, certainly not the Iranians. Nevertheless it appears to some in the US, a reasonable propostion to contemplate the shattering of another country's peace, on spurious grounds.
The USA is increasingly out of step with reasonable opinion. It is not OK to wage war on others, it is not OK to force your genetically engineered produce on others, it is not OK to force your global hegemony down the rest of the world's throat. The US accounts for 5% or 6% of the worlds population, but vetos most progressive moves at the United Nations.
Are we awake or asleep? Claim Planet Earth for people not profit...
Christ's revelation, whether at Ares or Palestine, is one of peace and hope wrought through personal responsibility. It is sadly not evident amongst the Earth's crop of leadership.

I see it is an 'unofficial' translation?  It seems to be on some rather 'official' stationery?

Reply: I venture to reply that, according to a friend and for what it's worth, the original letter must have been written (and sent to President George W. Bush) in Persian or Farsi. The material in this blog is a translation into English presumably made at the Iranian embassy, Washington D.C., and intended to go with the original, hence "unofficial translation", because in diplomacy only dispatches, letters or notes in the language of the country of origin are regarded as "official".
Hi there, greetings to any this touches...Optimism is the retained hope and knowledge that things can and will get better!
If you share this optimism for the future you might consider passing this along to your contact list... who knows where it might impact or who might eventually recieve it?
To quote Lord Byron:
"But words are things, and a small drop of ink,
Falling, like dew, upon a thought, produces
That which makes thousands, perhaps millions, think."
If the pen is indeed mightier than the sword, isn't it time it demonstrated its worth. If truth reins supreme over lie and obfuscation, proper and considered notice must be taken of its message.
After all, at what point do we humans take control of our own lives and destiny, removing from the "ruling elite" their "self assumed" right to poison our lives and our planet?
Whatever faith one follows (or do not) "we are all created equal." We share a life here on Earth. Our aspirations for healthy children and grand-children are universally shared. Our need for security, love, common purpose with our fellows, gives rise to the sense of community we develop and foster.
What passes for security and common purpose at an International level is profit and power driven! Do we continue to subscribe to this paranoid and deluded viewpoint that security can be fashioned through trampling another's right to a humane existence, or fashioned at the point of a gun.
A global world order, based on rampant exploitation is not what I would consider as humanity's best effort.
Humanity's best effort arises when we are considerate of the other, when we join in to create a world which we are proud to pass on to our children and theirs.
For the cynics, you are not alone...There are many...For a moment get over it...Think... "if I remain cynical and thus unable to shift, I bequeathe cynicism to the world. I do not grant humanity the chance to develop and evolve in love."
Thoughts as these are common property. I merely bring a particular fusion together to share with whomever is receptive...for taking the time to consider I thank you...for passing it on and making it grow, thank your self...You have been moved to humanity's call for a saner existence than is being offered now!

(CBS) Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sat down with Mike Wallace in Tehran on Tuesday in a rare, exclusive interview with a Western reporter.
In the wide-ranging interview, the Iranian leader comments on President Bush's foreign policy, the lack of relations between Iran and the United States, Hezbollah, Lebanon and Iraq.
Speaking about President Bush's failure to answer his 18-page letter that criticized U.S. foreign policy, Ahmadinejad said, "Well, (with the letter) I wanted to open a window towards the light for the president so that he can see that one can look on the world through a different perspective. … We are all free to choose. But please give him this message, sir: Those who refuse to accept an invitation will not have a good ending or fate. You see that his approval rating is dropping every day. Hatred vis-à-vis the president is increasing every day around the world. For a ruler, this is the worst message that he could receive. Rulers and heads of government at the end of their office must leave the office holding their heads high."
On what the "conducive conditions" would be for Iran to establish relations with the U.S., the president said, "Well, please look at the makeup of the American administration, the behavior of the American administration. See how they talk down to my nation. And this recent resolution passed about the nuclear issue, look at the wording. They have given us — presented us with a package which we are studying right now. We even gave them a date for our response. Ignoring that, they passed a resolution. They want to build an empire. And they don't want to live side-by-side in peace with other nations. The American government, sir, it is very clear to me they have to change their behavior and everything will be resolved. (George W. Bush) believes that his power emanates from his nuclear warhead arsenals. The time of the bomb is in the past, it's behind us. Today is the era of thoughts, dialogue and cultural exchanges."
